The practical stuff: shipping, returns, timing, and what to expect when you order from Noon Theory.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We move quickly—especially on made-to-order pieces—so changes or cancellations are not always guaranteed. If you need to update your order, email customercare@noontheory.com as soon as possible. If production has not started, we’ll do our best to catch it in time.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Email us immediately at customercare@noontheory.com. If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update it. Once it is in transit, we are unable to reroute packages.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most in-stock items ship out in 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Please note that processing times may increase during high-volume periods, especially from mid-November through mid-December.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included at checkout.

My tracking says delivered, but I can’t find my package.

Start by checking with neighbors, your building office, or the carrier. If it is still missing, email customercare@noontheory.com and we’ll help however we can.

While we are not responsible for packages once they are in transit, we are happy to help troubleshoot next steps or assist with a carrier claim when possible.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on eligible items. Returned items must be new, undamaged, unwashed, unused, and in original condition.

To start a return or exchange, email returns@noontheory.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to send back.

Are there any return fees?

Yes. Returns for a refund incur a $10 restocking fee per item. Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

What items are final sale?

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include:

  • Orders shipped outside the contiguous U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses)
  • Gift cards
  • Special event or promotional purchases marked final sale

Any final sale item will be clearly noted on the product page.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email customercare@noontheory.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus a photo of the issue.

Depending on availability, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. We’ll also cover return shipping for damaged or defective items.

Are your products made to order?

Many of them are. We do not believe in overproduction or warehouses full of excess inventory. A number of our pieces are printed or produced just for you, which helps reduce waste and keeps our collections more intentional.

Are your products made sustainably?

You bet.

Noon Theory works to reduce environmental impact through responsible materials and mindful production. From recycled fibers to cleaner manufacturing practices, we’re continually exploring better ways to create products that respect the places and communities that inspire them.

We’re not perfect—but we’re deliberate about doing better where it counts.

Will the colors look exactly like they do online?

We do our best to display colors as accurately as possible, but slight variation can happen depending on screen settings, lighting, and the material itself.

How should I care for my items?
