Shipping Policy
All Noon Theory pieces are made to order, which means your order is created just for you, not pulled off a shelf.
Here’s what that means for timing and delivery.
PROCESSING TIME
If an item is listed as In Stock, it typically processes within 3–5 business days.
For made-to-order pieces, production is part of the process. This means your item is printed, cut, and sewn before it ships—so processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
If you don’t see tracking within 5 business days:
- Check your spam or promotions folder
- Then reach out—we’ll help track it down
Note: Processing times may increase during high-volume periods (especially mid-November through mid-December).
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping timelines vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.
Standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. takes 3-7 business days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship internationally, but a quick heads up:
- Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees
- These are set by your local government and are not included at checkout
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package is lost or marked delivered but missing, let us know.
While we are not responsible once a package is in transit, we’ll absolutely help:
- Coordinate with the carrier
- File claims when possible
- Support next steps
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email customercare@noontheory.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We’ll make it right. Depending on availability, we’ll offer a:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund
(We’ll cover return shipping for damaged or defective items.)
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
