Returns & Exchanges

We believe in love-at-first-sight design. But if something doesn’t hit the way you expected, we’ve got you.

The Basics

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Original tags still attached
  • Free of damage, stains, or wear
  • Returned with original packaging (whenever possible)

How It Works

To start a return or exchange, email returns@noontheory.com with your order number and the item(s) you are sending back.

Note: Please wait for our confirmation and instructions before shipping anything back. Items sent to us without a prior return request cannot be accepted.

Fees & Shipping

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Restocking Fee: Returns for a refund include a 15% restocking fee per item.

Why? We don't do mass production or keep warehouses full of extras. Many of our pieces are made in small batches or printed specifically for you, and this fee helps us maintain that intentional, low-waste model.

Original Shipping: These fees are non-refundable.

If Something is Wrong

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us at returns@noontheory.com within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Want a different size, fabric, or vibe? We offer exchanges on eligible items. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange based on current availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If so, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus applicable fees.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for us to process the refund.
  • Bank Delays: Keep in mind it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the transaction.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Some things are one-way tickets and cannot be returned:

  • Orders shipped outside the contiguous U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses)
  • Gift cards and Sale items
  • Special event or promotional items marked Final Sale
  • Specific Goods: For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom/personalized orders, personal care products, or hazardous materials (flammable liquids/gases).

If an item is final sale, we will clearly state it on the product page.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet our "original condition" requirements (unworn, with tags and packaging).
